Most likely you need to replace the WB2X9154 oven igniter. Remove the floor of the oven (two screws at the back wall) and lift back edge up first, then take out the rest of the way. One nut holds the flame spreader. This gets you to the burner assembly. The igniter is the round thing on the side, near the back. Do an "ask me" if you have more questions. If this helps, a "fix ya" rating would be appreciated. Thanks.

There is no real way to calibrate the thermostat. Most ovens have the same problem. By lowering the setting slightly will help get a closer temperature. Sometimes similar thermostats are substituted and may not be exactly the same as the original that came with your oven. Hope my trying to answer your question was helpful, Thanks, Sea breeze

if lower element tests open with continuity meter then it for sure is bad. i would also check the wire ends that connect to the element and/or the control board, they could have loosened allowing a bad connection and low voltage to elementor burnt off.. most ovens do not use the broil element at all during the bake cycle, only during the broil cycle.. some however do utilize the broil element during baking, but at a lower wattage or something..
best of luck,
