Question about Briggs & Stratton Briggs Stratton Intek V - Twin Vertical Ohv Engine with Electric Start 22 Hp, 1" X 3 5/32" Shaft, ModelNo. 44K777 - 0027 - E1
I assume you're putting up an above ground pool. I use 4" thick x 8 x16" patio blocks under each column. I level each block by starting at the lowest area, and place first block. I then dig out enough dirt to level the next block to the first, and so one. Once you're done, all the uprights will be level. Then, once the metal is all on, I level the inside with sand, tapering it slightly to the center, so the dirt flows to the middle when it settles. There is no problem with sand under the liner, but not under the uprights, as it cold washout.
