If you have installed your printer on your PC using an original Lexmark
Driver CD that came with your product and you are experiencing problems
when printing, you may have installed the Windows XP driver.
Follow these steps to resolve: Disconnect your USB cable from your printer. Uninstall all Lexmark printer drivers on your PC. Download the correct Vista driver for your model. Install the driver on your PC. Important Notice - Do not reconnect the USB cable until the install software prompts the question of how the printer is connected. go to Lexmark website using this link: http://support.lexmark.com/perl/support/support.cgi enter your product number (X4270) and you will find your driver for Vista. Good luck.
In this Case take out the Paper from the Paper Feed Tray........ Unplug the Power Supply from the Printer.......... Remove both the Cartridges from the Printer.......... Now take a size 10 Envelope fold it so that it should become like a thin long strip........ Now Insert that Envelope on the left side corner of the Printer and move it from right to left and left to right as fast as u can for about 10 times.......... Now Insert the Ordinary Papers onto the Printer and insert both the catridges and Turn on the Printer......
It should resolve the Issue.........
