Question about Electrolux Dryers
Thanks for using FixYa. It seems to be the belt that has gone bad and to resolve this it should be replaced. Please check this video on how to replace the belt in dryer. Also check the tensioner pulley and replace it.Please do rate the solution if the issue is resolved or post a comment for further assistance.

Your question is labeled under Electrolux dryer model EWMED7. I was able to locate your Use and Care Guide and there are no steps to directly winterize your dryer but you would need to disconnect the water line and verify no water has been left inside of your dryer.
