Question about HP Officejet Pro 8500 Wireless All-In-One InkJet Printer
I have a OfficeJet Pro L7780; I print with a wireless connection, but the printer is now non-responsive. Menu keys are no longer working. I can print by connecting directly to my laptop's USB port. How do I get my wireless connection back?
There is conflict between the Printer and Router you are using. The Router is freezing the printer connectivity to the network due to the Wireless radio ON option in the printer
There is a firmware update for your printer, Let your printer be connected thru USB and from this link, download and install the update for your printer and later try setting it up wireless, it should work.
If this step fails, the other step is, to Enter the printer IP Address manually in the printer Network menu from SEtup Option and later run the wireless setup wizard to connect it to the network.
