If I understand what your mean is water is being blown out with the air. This will not really hurt anything but the water is supposed to drain out the part of the a/c which is outside the window. It could be stopped up or it's so humid it can't evaporate quick enough. Look under the bottom for a hold you can unstop with a small stick etc.

Take the front cover off so you can see the condenser coil. It is normal for it to ice up lightly from bottom to top but it should melt during normal operation when it's cycling off and on. If it's low on freon it won't cool enough to cycle off so the ice will build up blocking the air flow and reducing the cool ability. So you may be low on freon which requires a qualified tech to service. Or just replace the unit.

the fan come won't come on.

does not have any heat.
if you answered yes to any of these question, chances are you blow the head gasket.
try this with the engine cold or slightly worm, not hot, remove the radiator cap, make sure it has no pressure, fill it up to the top with fluid, coolant or water depend were you leave or climate, have some one crank start the engine while you observe the radiator coolant level, if the radiator spits out the fluid the head gasket is diffidently damaged. need to replace it. if not spiting , replace the thermostat and make sure that the fan works when engine reaches temperature.

My unit is making a loud noise and is spitting water out with the cool air

i have had units turned too cold and ice forms on coils. shut unit down and take it out of window. turn /tilt and when all water runs out, re install and turn back on to a Higher , less cold setting.

Ice maker will not shut off when full of ice.

There is usually a bin switch with a probe that is in the bin, when the ice covers the probe, the switch opens shutting down the machine, as you remove ice and uncover the probr the switch closes and the unit starts. Check the switch for continuity, its probably staying closed thus keeping the unit on

Four way flashers wont shut off.

get your owner's manual out and find the switch for them and make sure it is off.
if you are sure they are off then find the fuse panel, again location for same is in the owner's manual. there will be a square thing plugged into it, called a flasher unit, this will be clicking
so just pull it out and the flashers will stop.

take it to a dealer and have them tell you what is keeping the flasher unit on in spite of the switch being off

Manitowoc Ice machine only makes 2/3 bin of Ice and shuts off

The unit shuts off based on the magnetic reed switch in the plastic curtain on the front of the evaporator. If the ice is not falling as one single sheet with about 1/4"-3/8" of a bridge conecting all of the cubes then the ice is too thin. When the ice falls (in a single sheet of ice) if there is enough ice in the bin to hold that ice up and keep the curtain open the unit shuts down. A full bin may only be what appears to be 2/3 or 3/4 of a bin full because the ice sheet is propped up behind the curtain. If the ice sheet is too thin and does not fall as a single sheet more often than not a single cube or a piece of a cube can get caught between the curtain and the evaporator plate. This can shut the unit down for several hours until that piece melts and the curtain closes again.

Ice maker not hooked up (on purpose). The ice

Sounds like you are not going to use the automatic icemaker, so I would remove the whole icemaker unit which will include disconnecting the wire harness behind the icemaker which will shut off power to the icemaker and will also give you more storage room in your freezer compartment. This will not harm the refrigerator or the icemaker, you could also disconnect the waterline if you want. Please note that this solution applies to the top freezer, and bottom freezer style refrigerators only thatt DO NOT have dispensers through the door. Good luck !

Water doesn't shut off at the ice maker

Cut off valve is worn or bent. Just like a leaky toliet, it won't seal and keeps running. Sounds like time for a new ice maker unit. Sorry.

A/C spits out ice

you probably have a plugged filter and or a dirty evaporator. pull the filter and see if it is dirty. it should be lockated right behind the front panel. The evaporator is right behind it. If they are both clean then the unit is low on refrigerant most likely. if it is low it is probably more worth wile to by a new window unit then having a service man out.

Samsung window air conditioner model aw05ncm7 icing up not cooling

After I opened the front of the unit and discovered it full of ice, I left the unit off until it defrosted, so to speak, after the ice had melted, I turned the unit back on to see what happened. It is working fine now, I'm not sure why it iced up, if this is normal or not, but after it melted the problem was solved.
