error means that the flood switch has been activated. You'll need to reset it by powering off the
breaker or by unplugging the unit from the power socket and mains for more than
five minutes. Please check that there is no blockage in the drain hose and it
is not raised higher otherwise the water will run back to the dishwasher. Also
perform the following procedure---
Unplug power and
remove bottom dish drawer
a Sponge and dry all the excess water underneath
circuit board cover
all around and underneath as much as possible
hairdryer for 10-15min

i had an e4 error and after lookin itup i tilted it forward after i done this i got an e1 error after playing about for a bit and checkin all hose's and connection , i came to the conclusion it was an air lock so i put on a 8min rinse mode and when it counted down to 7 mins paused it and toped up the bottom of the dish washer with boiling water from the keetle and started the rinse again. straight away you could hear the air lock movein once rinse mode fininshed i put onto a 2hr 36 min wash and is workin fine now. so make sure your machine is level and try this it may work
is the light indicator flashing because you need to add salt or rinse aid.i have a bosch and my lights only flash to give me information on addig salt and,or rinse aid. so i can stop this by setting my dishwasher to take all in one detergent ,then the lights will not flash.
90% of the time you get an E1 error code is because the drain hose is not properly installed between the LG dishwasher and the drain. The hose should connect to an Air Gap valve (almost free at any hardware store) but in a pinch, raise the drain hose near the drain and attach the hose to the bottom of the counter top under the sink. Is should rise almost 30 inches between the dishwasher and the drain or the water WILL siphon out of the dishwasher as soon as the wash or rinse cycle begins (and take 5 minutes before the water gets low enough the cause the E1 error.
press back and forth between hi-tempwash and sani rinse several times to get all lights to come on if not then press sani rinse and heated dry back and forth several times. one of though combos will start the test mode
I have a fisher paykel dd603 dishwasher. If I select the normal wash setting on the top drawer, it posts the time in the lcd screen as 56 mins. The unit will wash as usual until it reaches the 28 min mark. At this point it will stay on 28 mins and continue to run, but it won't rinse or empty the drawer of water. Also it never counts down below the 28 min mark. It has flashed a F4 and F1 code. I've cleared them both, and checked to make sure that no water is standing on the bottom of the unit, and that the heating element is working. I should mention that the top drawer did overflow about two weeks ago, and that I did clean up the water. I don't know where to look from here. Any suggestions?
