Question about Dishwashers
HI. You can easily "reboot" your unit by unplugging the appliance for five minutes. This will force the main control sector to reset its programming. If you cannot reach the power plug, you can simply shutdown the appropriate circuit breaker for five minutes. This is necessary because your unit dose not have a reset button.
With that said, in order to remedy your error code if it comes back, you will need to purge all the drainage hoses and recirculating hoses as well. There are blockages present deep into the hoses. This is why you are receiving the flashing drainage intake light.

Thanks for using FixYa. The first thing that should be checked is if its draining properly as it could be that the drain hose is clogged and needs to be cleaned. The drain pump also should not be clogged. Also the stopcock should be opened fully and the water inlet valve should be checked for any clogs. Also the metal filter, impeller cover and the air gap unit should be checked. After checking this you can reset the error as follows: turn the rotary selector switch to "Stop/End" or press the "Start/Stop" switch for approx. 5 secs. Then switch the appliance off and then back on again. Please do accept the solution if the issue is resolved or post a comment for further assistance.

Intake/Drain light flashing means an issue while draining. The
dishwasher is not draining properly. Please check for air gap on the dishwasher
is not clogged. It prevents dishwasher from draining properly and sometimes the
drain flow is restricted due to gunk. Cleaning or bypassing the air gap will
resolve the issue. If this doesn't resolve the issue then it is due to seized
(or stuck) drain pump. Keep handy large bowls and towels to soak the water out.
Disconnect the power to the dishwasher or turn off the breaker to the
dishwasher. Tip machine on its back; remove screws that hold the bottom tray
on. Remove the hoses to the main motor, remove electrical connections and
switch it on. If the error still appears then turn the rotary selector switch
to "Stop/End" or press the "Start/Stop" switch for approx.
5 secs to cancel the error message. Switch the appliance off and then back on
again. Hope this helps...please post back for further assistance.
