Question about Apple iPhone Smartphone
Posted by Anonymous on
Did you try a hard reset (on/off and menu botton together for 5sec?) If that doesn't help,
Either your dock connector or your logic board may need to be replaced. If the Apple store doesn't give you one under warranty, are third party iPod repair services, that will fix it for cheap. Also, I found an DYI iPod repair guide, so you can do it yourself too, not that difficult. Part is available on Ebay.If you can't do it yourself, have a tech savy friend do it for you.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
