If the bottom drawer is working fine and the problem is only with the top drawer then the most obvious problem seems to be with the top drawer controller module. This sits on the right side in the front of the drawer. You have to take the front cover off to get to it. The cable connectors could be loose. If pulling these out and putting back in does not help then the controller needs replacement. You could try using the one from the upper drawer. But if this makes no difference then the thermal fuse under the heater assembly could have blown. Unforturnately this requires replacing the whole heater assembly as the thermal fuse is not separate.

Make sure you turn the power off at mains when working on the unit.

Can you confirm the model is DD603 and not DS603 which is the category showing on fixya.com for your query.

Let me know how far you want to go with this before calling the technician.

There are two plastic bolts on each side of the dishwasher holder the front cover. Get a plier to pull these out but make sure the cover is supported so that it does not fall down.

see installation manual page 7. The location of the plastic screws is shown in insert diagram of notation 6.

    Hope this helps.

Dishwasher bottom part works top part all lights are on and wont work

I'm assuming its a fisher and paykel, you will certainly need more info. Do you have an led display or 3 buttons and lights. Any fault codes, flashing beeping when buttons are pressed etc. If everything is normal no unusual beeps lights etc but nothing AT ALL happens when you press start it is the door 'switch' which is actually a light that is reflected through a plastic prism and back to itself ( originates from the board) check the prism top right drawer frame. Just compare to working drawer. If not more info required.

DD603 model & top drawer totally dead, no lights but bottom drawer 100% Your thoughts plse.

possible causes
  • top drawer controller has lost power - replace power filter plate located at the base of dishwasher under bottom drawer controller
  • itself is faulty if you are getting some lights on the panel
  • thermal relay has tripped. It is located inside the heater element at the base of the drawer. The whole heater needs to be replaced.
Make sure the dishwasher is disconnected from the mains power supply when working on it

Jake is getting 5 cash drawers ready for the day. He takes 650 $20 bills and 725 $10 bills out of the vault. He wants to divide the money evenly between the cash drawers. How much money should he put into...

Since he has $20,250, he should put $4050 into each drawer.

To get the total amount, multiply 650 by 20 and 725 by 10, then add the two numbers together. To get the final result, divide the total by 5. Since you didn't specify the make and model of your calculator, I'm afraid I can't give you the sequence of button presses to calculate this.

check starter solenoid.see if getting power to starter side when pressing button .if yes check if power to starter w/ test light when pressing button.if power there check starter, also motor, will it turn manually or is it seized.if no power to starter side of solenoid, jump across solenoid posts w/ a large screwdriver -motor will probaly turn over,w/ key on.if small wire to solenoid has power when pressing start, solenoid bad,if no power, wiring or start button bad.
