Scroll bar won't work on some e mails

You need to fix IE8 to have it work properly with GMail, by turning off Compatibility View. 1. In IE9, press the Alt key to toggle the main menu bar on first.
2. Then in IE8 or IE9 click Tools and choose Compatibility View Settings
3. Remove from the big text box if it is there (in some versions it may not be.)
4. Uncheck the three checkboxes under the text box - this is very important, or Microsoft will just switch CV back on again next time you start IE.
5. Restart IE.
That should cure all your scrolling problems.
To deal with your sidebar you have three options:
1. Hover your mouse over the section you want to see to expand that part - i.e. mouse up to your labels to have them all drop down, or mouse down to the bottom to see your Chat contacts
2. Grab the bar which divides the two sections and drag it down till you can see all your labels
3. Collapse Chat till you need it by clicking the Chat bubble icon at the bottom of the side bar.

Start manu is set up on the top right in my computar how to take it back to bottum left or it's original position?

LOL... my dad calls with these question all the time...

WindowsXP? or Vista.. not much difference...

Right click on the start bar somewhere where there are no icon or boxes with programs.

if the "lock task bar" is checked (I assume it is not since it moved) uncheck it.

now hold down the left mouse button on the bar, again where there are no icons etc, and drag it where you want it.

Now Right click it and check the 'lock task bar'

Typed words read right to left instead of left to right as typed

Check for the Language settings on the system, you should have an icon for language settings on the task bar or you would need to browse thorught the Control Panel>Regional & Language Options. Ensure English is the language selected.

If this does not resolve the issue then it may be a Virus/Spyware infection..

I run Windows XP Professional. Today there showed up a second layer of taskbar. It has ''Desktop'' in light blue, ''My Documents'' ''My computer'' and ''My Network Places'' shown in white with icons. ...

You have only increased your taskbar size, don't worry...
Right-click on an empty part of the taskbar, and ensure the "lock the taskbar" is unchecked. Next, position your mouse right on the top edge of the taskbar, your mouse should change to two black opposing pointing arrows. Hold left-click, and drag the taskbar down.
This will reduce the taskbar back to the way you're used to.
Hope this helps, and please rate this answer.

Got virus problem, in avast its been hijacked, i want to restore my pc back to factory condition, but when i do it it just comes back as noral???

If you system restore points are not corrupted by the virus then you will be able to restore your pc.

For that Click Start-> Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools -> System Restore. Click Restore my computer to an earlier time and click Next, then select a date from the calender, and click Next twice. A progress bar will show and the computer will restart automatically when the restoration is done. When the PC starts again, hopefully your problem will be cured. If not, tell the error if any

Problem with rundell.exe and ntvdm.exe

Free antivirus select your language and country, download and open, select run a boot time scan restart.
After the unit is virus free we'll work on the next problem, but rundll errors generally occur when infected by malware or trojans.
