I have a new watch and it kept losing time all day as I wore it. I set my other watch and my new watch before I went to bed and left them on the night stand. In the morning they were exactly the same. I cut a piece of duct tape to completely cover the back of the watch and it is now keeping time just fine. There must be something in my system that reacted to the watch but the duct tape solved the problem!

SOURCE: cant adjust the hands on
I had a Casio and had the same problem; assuming that yours is dual display watch and all casios work in the same manner try the following:-
Press the mode button until the "HS" (hand setting) is displayed and the press the 2 O'clock or 4 O'clock buttons to advance or ****** the hands. Pressing the buttons briefly steps the hands and holding them down makes the hands move quickly.
