My pen cam has 4gb memory but it will not record more than 20 seconds. How to improve the memory space? dose i connect an externale battary for longer recording? this device is china made. When i triyed using external battery still it will records same time. Please give a solution for me.

Use a lower resolution. According to page 36 of the manual, you can record up to 4GB in a single clip, and 4GB will hold about 11 minutes of full HD video.
You formatted your pendrive with a FAT32 Filesystem instead of using NTFS.
Do the following. Backup the data currently on the drive, Right click on the drive, choose Format and under Filesystem, choose NTFS ... click ok... you will not be able to use all 4Gb of space on the drive.
The problem you are talking about is most probably of the virus infection. Try to format your pen drive in your system and you can restore back your pen drive.
See first the free space of your Pen Drive, to do this, go to MY COMPUTER then right click your PEN DRIVE and click properties, you will see how much is the available space. And also try to see the file size that you are copying and compare it to the free space of your Pen Drive. You can't copy file more than the capacity or the free space of your Pen Drive, that is why you come up with that error message.

Perhaps it is a limit of that software? Is it a "Trial" ? I also suggest you use another type of program see if that one will record longer, also it may simply be either or both NOT enough, RAM &/or Hard Drive space. You need HEAPS of memory when doing any Video work. To do stuff such as this you would need at least 4GB RAM and at least 50 - 100GB FREE Hard Drive space.
You need to put the device into "recovery mode" before you run the tool.
- Turn the device off (hold power for 20 seconds) - Slide the hold switch into "hold" position. - Press and hold the "record" button while connecting it to your computer. Keep holding the "record" button until you see the "new hardware found" on your computer.
Then run the recovery tool. Select format when prompted.
