Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
I have fixed my customer canon problem like yours. Try to follow the steps below how to fix.
1) Remove the printer cover
2) If you can see the printer head beside the lift side of the printer there are four holes one for the black and three for the color .If you can remove the printer head remove it.
3) And soak in the warn water the printer head but don't wet the electronic side only the head nozzles to melt the clogged ink that block to the ink to flow.
4) If you can,t remove the head try to use a hair blower to open some holes in the head that block of the dry ink.

Run the printer's Maintenance program and run Deep Cleaning.
Do a print check after each clean as this uses a lot of ink to clean and you don't want to continue after you get a good print result.
