This error means that some mechanical parts of your printer is in trouble. This could be some of the causes:
1. The print head is stuck somewhere or is unable to move because of some blockage in the printer's bay.
2. If you are using a Continuous Ink System, then the tubes might have blocked the print heads from moving.
To resolve, turn OFF your printer. Remove such blockage then turn the printer back ON.

You may not see a paper jam.
This may work for you, it has worked for many here I given this advice so gave it a try it could work for you. Generally when this happens, something has fallen into the printer, or a piece of paper has been jammed in there.
First step, remove the ink cartridge, and turn the printer upside down and gently shake it, see if anything comes out.
If nothing goes, or you can't hear anything rattling around, get a piece of cardstock paper (60lb or heavier) and gently push this through the printer, to see if it will help push out what might be stuck in there.
And gave the rode that the ink slides on a good clean and maybe a bit oil on cloth and wipe the rod with it.

hi there... this is what you need.
Loading Paper Follow these steps to load paper: Slide the edge guide to the left. Fan a stack of paper, then tap it on a flat surface to even the edges. Load the paper with the printable side up, against the right side of the sheet feeder. Then slide the left edge guide against the left edge of the paper, but not too tightly. Note: Leave enough space in front of the printer for the paper to be fully ejected. Always load paper into the sheet feeder short edge first, even when you are printing landscape-oriented pictures. Make sure the paper stack fits under the arrow mark inside the left edge guide.pls vote for me

May I please ask you if they were Genuine New Epson Ink Cartridges, or Refill/Off Brand? They tend to be very specific towards Genuine sometimes..try going to the Manufacturer Support Website and find Your Model's Support Webpage. Make sure you have the Most Current Updated Drivers & Software installed. If not, download/install it now.. If so, Download the User Guide and go to the troubleshooting section.. "LED ERROR CODES" might be a good place to start.
