All web browsers in WIndows XP will usually have JavaScript enabled by default, but on occasion, it will be turned off. By turning JavaScript on in your web browser, you will have access to more interactive content when you visit certain websites. For Windows XP users, JavaScript can be enabled in both the Internet Explorer and Firefox web browsers. Open the Internet Explorer Click on "Tools" in the top menu bar and choose "Internet Options."
Go to the "Security" tab at the top of the window and click on the "Custom Level" button. croll down to the "Scripting" category and click on the "Enable" option next to "Active Scripting." JavaScript is now enabled.

  • Step 4 Scroll down to the "Scripting" category and click on the "Enable" option next to "Active Scripting." JavaScript is now enabled.

    FLICKR

    Hi,

    From Flickr:
"Tags are like keywords or labels that you add to a photo to make it easier to find later. You can tag a photo with phrases like "catherine yosemite hiking mountain trail." Later if you look for pictures of Catherine, you can just click that tag and get all photos that have been tagged that way."

    How to do this:
    1. When you upload photos to flickr.com on step 3 you can add tags.
    2. On step 3, create the same tag for each of your photos (exp, "forgickr")
    3. After you finished upload all of you photos go to gickr.com
    4. Enter your tag ("forgickr") and user name and then select all the photos you need for your slide show
    5. Press next and that's it!
Let me know if you have any questions

    Good luck

    Daniel

Why can't I run a Slideshow in Nikon View?

In order to display slideshows in Nikon View the Apple QuickTime software must be installed. QuickTime is installed from the Nikon View CD or can be downloaded, for free, from the Apple Computer web site: http://www.apple.com/quicktime/products/qt/ Quicktime is available for Windows 98, ME, 2000 and XP as well as Apple Mac OS 9 and X. If Apple QuickTime is not installed, when the "Slideshow" button is clicked the computer will "beep" and nothing else will happen. Installing QuickTime and restarting the computer will allow the show to display as desired.
