If you would like to try to get a codec, you could try Windows Media Codec. Windows offers this package to the users that can be used as an alternative to automatically downloading Windows Media Codecs and for correct problems experienced with previous codecs.
Also you could try some other free players that may include the format, such as Leawo Blu-ray Player and VLC.
Use a player that already has all the codecs in it - VLC
