Please try 12345 or 0000 or 00000, if these don't help, I would suggest you to get it unlocked from a Nokia servicing center or from a mobile repairing shop.
The problem is likely a virus problem or possibly firmware problem. It's also important to flash (reinstalling it's operating system) your handset as well.
