Question about Palm Treo 755p Smartphone

1 Answer

After a hard reset (reinstall battery while holding down the end key) I receive the ACCESS Powered screen. When I let the end key go I receive the prompt to delete all data. I key the up arrow and the ACCESS screen comes back and that is as far as the Palm will go. I do not see the Palm Logo screen. Any tips? Thx Kim

When I install my battery I get the Access Powered then Palm.

I have a Treo 700wx with very similar problem that I solved by starting a hard reset by holding down red button while inserting the battery... keep button down until the message comes asking if you are sure you want to do a hard reset.... I hit the space bar to abort it and IT STARTED UP normally ... worth a try... good luck.

Constent reboot - flashing Access Powered

There is a soft/warm reset which bypassed the loop without losing your data.  press the up key and reinstall your battery.  do not let go until the palm screen fully loads. when fully reloaded let go.  sounds a little confusing but the palm website has step by step instructions.
