1) Ensure that you are using fresh gasoline mix
2) turn Low idle mixture screw counter clock wise 1/4 turn
3) turn High speed mixture screw counter clockwise 1/4 turn
*note: if the screws are the newer style without screwdriver slot, use a small needle nose plier to turn the screw.

How to adjust idle on McCulloch Mac 2214av chainsaw

Look for 3 adjustment screws on the carb. should be three total. 1 screw is for idle adjustment. the other 2 should be close to each other, one is low speed fuel/air mix and the other is high fuel/air mix. Adjust the low fuel/air mix screw until it will idle un-added with the throttle then adjust the idle on the throttle to get a good idle speed. Next adjust the High fuel/air mix until it gets the RPM's you want it to have. It should go from idle to high speed with out hesitation or cough. . Start with 1 1/2 turn out from all the way in. Be sure the filter is clean, You can use starting fluid or old school lighter fluid to aid starting if has been sitting for some time.

Water level in toilet tank too high and the water won't automatically shut off when reaching the full level

It has been a while since I installed a Toto toilet, so I will give you some generic guidelines. Pull the tank lid off, and you will notice the fill-valve on the left hand side of the tank (most models). You will see a float type mechanism with either a stainlees steel rod, or a black plastic rod attached to it. If it is a metal rod, there will be a clip (looks something like a wing). Using your fingers, pinch this clip while sliding it down. This will solve your problem. If it is the black plastic rod, you will notice a phillips head adjustment screw on the top portion of this rod. Using a phillips head screwdriver, turn the shaft counter-clockwise. This will move the float downward, thereby solving your problem.

BLOWER only operates at half choke....then shuts off and can;t start again

your mixture screws probibly have to be adjusted.i have a homelite weed whacker and homelite leaf blower.
both had to be adjusted after i used them 6 or 7 times.theres a tool you can buy to move the screws.or you can be cheap like me and use a dremal tool with a cutting wheel on it and cut slots in to be able to adjust with a flat head.
turn the screws clockwise til there just seated, not too tight.then turn each one out counter clockwise to 2.5 turns and start adjusting from there.the first screw is the low setting and the second is the highs. i usally start with the highs.but u can do what you want. u can also youtube on how to adjust.

BO696 problems-burners too high on lowest position (propane used)

Remove knob, with flashlight look down top of shaft see a slotted screw that screw is flame adjustment.

To adjust, light burner, turn flame to low, with screwdriver turn screw rite till flame is at desired hight (aprox 2mm). now turn up to high check that high is satisfactory if high is to low then adjust screw. check low again. adjust till both setings are acceptible.
do for all burners

As for holding the knobs that is common with this stove, you could check to see if flame is hitting sensor the burner hole that lines up the sensor may be dirty.

Hi

First take a screwdriver and make a sign on it.Check and note how many turns are at Low speed ."L" adjustment. Then adjust High speed "H" at half a turn less than "L".Idle speed "T" adjust accordingly.
Start the engine.
