Hi,
I just purchased this product and all we did was pop 2 bags of popcorn and the exterior became very hot, not just warm to the touch but outright hot. Is this normal or should I be taking it back to the store for a replacement?

GuruIf it's portable, I would return it just to be safe.
Then test the replacement right away.
