-   I have the same problem. When I first got the thing 2 years ago it worked well. Then one day when I went to hotsync to recieve updates it failed and asked me for a password. I never had to enter a password before nor had I recalled setting one up when I first started with this palm? However trying to get help to find out why and fix the problem has been a nightmare! So much of a nightmare that I put it in the closet for a year or so. I have only recently got it out and started the search once again only to have hit dead end after dead end. Does any one here have any solutions or recommendations on where I could go to get some help so that I can use my little newaged handheld...

-   I cannot hotsync. I have not been able to get updates for 3 months now. I have to reset my palm very often, therefore the battery runs out very fast. I have changed the battery recently, thinking this was the problem but I still have the same problem.-   mirjetab18

I have changed the battery recently but it still runs out after a day. I also have to reset very often. I have had this palm for 2 years now. I don't now what to do about it, if I should get a new one or just fix it.

I have cjhecked the USB ports; downloaded the installer; This is a new problem since I had the mother board replaced on my PC, but Dells says it must be in the software???-   jpwood
