Hello,

check the manual for your Casio, it should direct you on how to fix the fault.

If the Casio does not have the information, please let me know.

Take care.

Turn key to PROGRAM mode. Turn power off at wall. Hold RECEIPT FEED down - keep your finger on it. Turn power on at wall. Wait 5 seconds, then let go of RECEIPT FEED. You should see "FFFFFFFFFF" on display. Press SUBTOTAL.
That will jump the machine out of the sale.
Now, while still in program mode, 3 SUBTOTAL (display should show P3) 0 Now press an item with condiment problem. If you have a few items with this problem, press 0 before each item. SUBTOTAL
Now turn back to REG and try them in a sale. If they work, you can go back to programming them correctly.

Programme memory loss - INIT

Hi.
Yes, the machine will have been sitting unplugged for a while and the old battery can't support the RAM data any longer. It will need to go to a dealer as this machine has a large amount of system programming that will have been lost. There is no simple way to transfer the programming on such an old machine.

0 THE YEAR TO DATE OUT OF THE CASIO TK-2700

Hi.
Have you had periodic reports setup on this machine? If you do daily reports, then you need to use the periodic report mode (Z2) for a yearly report. Try turning to Z2 then press 1 then CASH.
Make sure the top of the report shows 'Z2' and not 'X2'. If it shows the X then it probably hasn't been setup for periodics.
