Hello.
Try resetting the printer, by turning off the printer and turning it back on after about 10 seconds. If the printer still
does not work, unplug the power supply cord from the outlet immediately.
If still a problem, from what you are describing, this point-of-sale type printer would need repair - hardware issue.
There is a Warranty of 1 - 2 years. So, if it's still in that period, contact Epson for repair or a replacement.
If not under warranty, contact a qualified service person.
