My phone 3110c has caught virus in the phone memory... please what should i do now

First:
Make soft Formatting by typing this code on screen: *#7780#
If you been asked for code write :12345 and let the mobile reset its original settings (this will solve many problems and delete unnecessary files).
If this didnt solve the problem this means your mobile needs HARD FORMATTING and its a long story
For HARD FORMATTING you have to flash the BIOS and for this you need tools and
special formatting software.
But...Make these steps before ,they may solve the problem and remove the VIRUS:

In your mobile GO to MENU then to APPLICATIONS then you will find to ICONS :(GAMES and COLLECTIONS ) Delete all contents in both of them.
This may be very useful without you need to make soft or hard format.

Whenever I turn my Compaq on, the power button light comes on, the wireless button light comes on and the light beside the caps lock and pg up key flashes on and off however nothing is happening on screen....

deads'ville.
my old PC CQ60-220us, thanks for full number !!!
what os? VISTA?
those are called flash codes and have meaning!
the screen never once shows TEXT or HP /Compaq logos. right?
nothing to me means just the the TEXT IS GONE
"hit ESC to enter setup" or F2,F10,,etc....
carbon14 dated by me at 2008, ? (MY HP has F1 info page shows day made, a BIOS page F1) The year mATTERS.

steps below. for dead pc. means screen dead, and BIOS keys dead.
  1. take the battery main out, they short, remove it ;after all you can run like that for ever on the line pack, a fact. so do so now.
  2. does it power on, seems yes, does it stay on? (heard and seen)
  3. does the fan blow< spin and not packed solid in lint?
  4. use flash light pointed at screen , turn PC on the use the flashlight see data now? yes, bad black lamps CCFL, ask
  5. beep codes or caps lock flash codes,? write them down and tell the helper what the are? its code. like Morse code.
  6. there are more tests. does the CD eject button work?

my wild guess, (unseen by me) is the CCFL lamps are dead.
the LCD on this PC has lamps for the back lamp that all burn out
at 20k hours of usage. (short lived, if used constantly)

other tests are: ask

  • boot from free linux disk see of screen works?
  • replace coin cell battery they usually don't last 10 years. 7 max.
  • power pack bad and is weak, some fail weak
  • keep in mind black screen failures have many causes.
  • bad power, bad screen, shorts inside the pc, bad RAM.
  • also the GPU chips in 2008 were bad, defective, solder ball failures. making the screen dead or very odd.
here is a black screen page.

HP is the best maker of PC.s (not custom made as I do)
but has best docs.
but they do have 1 weakness, BIOS docs and Beep/blink codes
horrible support there, due to changing the rules 20 times. or more.
HP also modified the BIOS to their needs, making generic lookups
on say Award BIOS useless.. ouch.
The older the PC the worse this gets, books covering that.

I have a china mobile T-Mobile HTC. After deleting profiles mobile opens upeto welcome screen and screen become black. how to solve it. it is a fulltouch screen mobile.

When a phone goes black , it depends on what you deleted from your phone. first when the phone went black, it is just the screen that went black or the phone is not functioning again?,

If it's just the screen, that means the screen is bad and will need to be replaced,But if not only the screen that means , the phone has to be flashed.

You can pass your comment.

Take care.

Engine code

12 and 55. The 55 means end of code session, the 12 means no distributor reference. Both of these codes are normal with the engine not running, so do not go out and purchase a dstributor. Is there another problem with the vehicle, or did you just want to know the codes? Comment back to continue, thanks.

When I turn on the Olympus FE190, the screen flashes "[IN} ! Memory full". What does that mean? What can I do to take pictures?

well you have to remove the pics already in the memory. Generally this can be done by downloading them to the PC then selecting the "Rubbish Bin" icon in menu and asking it to delete individuals or all.
