I forgot the password to open my i phone ,how can i do?

There's really no way to recover the password without wiping the the phone itself. This will erase all the data that is on the phone.

Here are the steps for restoring the phone:

1. With the iPhone 4 disconnected from your computer, power it off. Press and hold the Power button on the top of the device for a few seconds, then slide the red slider. If this method doesn't work, press and hold the Power and Homebuttons for a few seconds until it goes off.
2. With the iPhone 4 off, press and hold the Home button while connecting it to the computer you registered it from. It should then power on.
3. Keep holding the Home button until you see a Connected to iTunes message appear on the screen.
4. Open iTunes and it should provide a message about an iPhone connected in Recovery Mode.
5. In iTunes, select the Summary tab and click Restore and follow the prompts.
When the process is finished, your iPhone 4 should be available again without the need for a password.

Iphone 3 screen is blank, unable to switch off or re-boot!!! can you help???

Try the following:
  1. Press and hold the Home button for at least six seconds, until the application you were using quits.
  2. If that doesn't work, turn iPhone off and turn it on again. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button on top of iPhone for a few seconds until a red slider appears, and then slide the slider. Then press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.
  3. If that doesn't work, reset iPhone. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
If this helps, please rate. Thank you

How do you unlock a forgotten passcode on an iphone 4g

As you have forgot the passcode you will have to restore the iPhone using iTunes.

Note: This process will wipe all data from your iPhone 4. You may be able to sync most of the data back once you have restored it.

1. With the iPhone 4 disconnected from your computer, power it off. Press and hold the Power button on the top of the device for a few seconds, then slide the red slider. If this method doesn't work, press and hold the Power and Home buttons for a few seconds until it goes off.

6. You may attempt to sync your iPhone back to your iTunes to restore any data lost in the recovery process.

I hope this helps! Thank you for using FixYa!

Iphone 2g not starting back up after reboot..

When the device is locked up like this hold down the lock and home buttons. After a few seconds the device will turn off, immediately let go of both buttons. Now press down and hold the home button. Hit the power/lock button one time. Continue holding the home button until the phone boots up. It will need to be connected to iTunes for recovery at this point.

Iphone got locked

You will need to put the iPhone in DFU mode to restore it.
was the iphone on a mac before?
If not, if you restore it on a mac you have to use it on a mac.
anyway, to prepare your phone for restore.
connect the usb to the iphone and not to the computer.
Press and Hold the Home Button for 5 Second (do not let it go)
Press and hold the Power Button for 10 Second (count the seconds) (the apple will appear)
after 10 second release the power button and do not release the home button.
Hold the Home button for an additional 27 secs.
The screen may go blank or not.
Connect the usb to the computer with your itunes already open.
It will recognize the device in recovery mode..Restore your iPhone and your set.
WARNING: The Restore process will delete all apps and content and install a fresh software.

Iphone stuck in call area

Try turning it off by holding the power button on top for a few seconds and then sliding the slider that appears at the top of the screen.

If nothing pops up at the top after holding the power button for a few seconds, try holding the power button + the home button for about 10 seconds until the iPhone reboots.

If you're still having problems after that, connect it to iTunes and press restore.

What version of firmware are you running? The wiggle and page feature was introduced in 1.1.3, make sure you are running at least that version of firmware. If you aren't sure, you can always do a full restore in iTunes.

Have you tried a hard reset?
  1. Press the home button (the big circle below the screen) and the sleep wake button (the button on top of the iPhone) simultaneously.
  2. Hold both buttons simultaneously for a few seconds, Ignore the "Slide to power off" and keep holding
  3. The iPhone should now shutdown automatically - (fade to black)
  4. Turn the iPhone back on by hitting the sleep/wake button.
  5. You should now see the Apple logo, your iPhone is restarting and thus booting up.
