Change the Profile setting. Make the profile General or some other u like.

FOR GPRS YOU HAVE TO ASK YOU SERVICE PROVIDER.
JUST CALL ON CUSTOMER CARE AND ASK THEM TO ACTIVATE GPRS ON YOUR SIM CARD.
USUALLY NOW A DAY SIM CARD COMES WITH PRE ACTIVATED GPRS (0 RENTAL PLAN).
IF YOU HAVE ACTIVATED GPRS THEN AGAIN CALL CUSTOMER CARE FOR GPRS SETTINGS.
SETTING WILL DELIVERED TO VIA SMS. SAVE THEM AND SET THEM AS DEFAULT SETTING.
NOW OPEN YOUR DEFAULT BROWSER AND ENJOY.

the phone might be experiencing some software problem.

try to charge the battery in another phone then insert it back with the sim, then try to turn it on again.

try flashing the phone with a compatible software,then try to turn it on again.

if it does the same, then you should try to take the phone to a nokia service center for further repair.

Nokia has stopped the production of his phone recently because battery issues and stated manufacturing nokia 5233. Please walk into Nokia showroom and get it checked they will help as phone comes with one year warranty.
