On the front face of the dvd is a tiny hole which you slide in a rod or pin which releases the locking catch
Same thing happened to me and I called Bose. They asked me to unplug everything (including unplugging the changer from the radio and the changer from the wall), waiting 2 minutes or more, and then plugging it back together. If the CD doesn't eject after that, they want you to send it in for repair (flat $75 charge + tax & shipping).
Plug in only the CD changer to the wall and it will come out.

Some bose cd changers have a gear the get cracked and must be replaced. You did not specify which bose you have, so I have told you of the most common problem with the bose 6 cd changers.
If this is in one of the silver slimline type of units, it is very difficult to get them apart if you have not dome it before. The gear is also very hard to get to in the changer. it would be a good idea to let a professional service technician look at it. You will need to take it to an authorized bose service center because bose does not sell parts to any service centers unless they are bose authorized. They just started that about 2 years ago.
I hope this was helpful to you, let me know if I can assist you further.
