Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

I dont have any sound coming out from my speekers but the speekers work because we tryed them on another computer. what do i do? rebecca

Have you checked with headphones in the same port? Is it possible you've selected "Mute"? Check the System Tray near the clock in the lower right hand corner of your screen and make sure there's not a red circle next to the little speaker icon.

I HAVE ONLY ONE SPEEKER WORKING, THE LEFT ONE DOES NOT WORK, I KNOW THE SPEEKER IS GOOD. PLEASE HELP

It sounds like there is a blown left channel. Its probably time for a new stereo. But make sure the balance isn't turned all the way to the right first.

We don't get any sound from the monitor, Why?

This monitor doesn't have any internal speakers. You either need to buy some external speakers, or plug headphones into your computer.

There is a short buzzing sound from the rear left speeker then CD failure shows up on the display and no sound is produced .Model Sony CDX-GT470U I have wired it up according to the instructions and can't...

The problem was that one of the speeker terminal wires was touching the metal body
of the car on the edege of the hole where the speeker magnet sits.
Once I moved the bare wire a little it fixed the problem.
It's the little wire on the speeker itself not the wire that runs to the player.
