remove the carburetor and clean it in some carburetor cleaner. Contact the marina for a rebuild kit ($25.00) and pay attention to how you take it apart. (You will find it really easy!) clean it, put the new parts in and start the motor with water going through it and adjust the carb. Or you can take it to a shop and pay $150.00 for them to do the work.

check the air filter is not obstructed or dirty. if thats ok then it is more than likely the carbs that need attention/resetting/cleaning out

Hello,
My name is Dane and I am going to help you solve your problem.
Your problem stems from a float valve needle that either has gotten a piece of debris in between the needle and the seat, or has gummed up due to bad fuel. This allows the Carburetor bowl to overflow and actually can allow fuel to bypass the rings and get into the crankcase, mixing with the oil. To verify this, remove your dipstick and check the oil level. If it's high then you have this problem. Also you can check and see if the oil is extremely thin or may have a gas odor to it. If any of these problems are found, do not run the engine. After this problem is corrected you will definitely have to change the engine oil.
Now, to your main problem. You are going to have to remove the Carburetor from the engine. Pay close attention to how it comes off and maybe draw a picture if you need to. Now you have to carefully remove the float bowl. There will be a pin that holds the float onto the Carburetor and it needs to be removed. Be careful not to bend the float. Pay close attention to how the float needle connects to the float. Next spray Carburetor cleaner into the hole where the float needle goes into and any other dirty areas. You should not spray Carburetor cleaner on the rubber o-rings or gaskets.
Once everything looks nice and clean, place the float needle back into the float and set the complete assembly (needle first) back down onto the Carburetor and insert the pin.
If any gaskets are torn or worn, replace those also as you put the Carburetor back onto the lawn mower. Check your fuel hose for cracks or tears also. When you connect the fuel line, check to see if fuel still flows as it did before. If not, change the oil, and check your spark plug for fouling, you're done! It could take about 3-4 minutes for the Carburetor Bowl to fill with gas before you see it running out. Well, I hope I

Here is the Zama carburetor tech guide. Pay close attention to the diagrams, it does show exactly what gaskets go where.

You will need Adobe Reader installed on your computer to view this as it is a PDF file. If you don't have it, you can get a free download for the program at the Adobe website. It is a safe site.

Will start up but when i push the trigger to start the gas flow it will not work

Hello,

My name is Dane and I am going to try to help you solve your problem. I believe that you have clogged jets/passages inside of your carburetor. This can happen when an engine gets little use, allowing the fuel in the system to get old and begin breaking down. If fuel is left in a carburetor for more than a year, it can eventually turn into a jelly like consistency, and clog the fuel system. The other way to block these passages is to allow dirt or other debris to enter the fuel tank. This will be picked up through the fuel line, also clogging the system.

You will probably need to remove, disassemble, soak, and use compressed air to blow out the jets in your carburetor. Pay close attention to how the carburetor is attached to the engine. Make a drawing if you need to or take some pictures. Remove the carburetor from the engine. You will need to disassemble the carburetor as far as possible and put it in some Carburetor cleaning solution. You can get this at any auto parts store. Do not place rubber parts in the solution. Allow it to soak in cleaner as directed, and then blow out the ports and jets with compressed air before you assemble and reinstall it.I hope I've helped. If you found this information useful, please leave feedback as deserved. Thank you! Dane

Incanto sirius states grinder blocked. Took apart

I own a Saeco Incanto Deluxe. It employs the ceramic grinder that has worked flawlessly for 3-4 years. One day it stopped and "Grinder Blocked" appeared. I removed the entire grinder unit, cleaned it thoroughly and calibrated the grinder. This did not fix the problem. After many similar attempts, I found the entire grinder assembly (motor, grinder etc.) online for $149.00. Install of the new assembly took me five minutes and it works perfectly. Please note that the ceramic grinding blades (there are two round ones that must be aligned corrrectly) cost $40 a piece (same site where I found the entire assembly for $149). My suggestion--save yourself the agony and replace the assembly if cleaning and calibration fails.

Our Poulan leaf blower will start, but only stays on ever so briefly if you keep it on full choke. Do you think the engine is cooked? thanks for your help.

No, does not sound like engine is damaged. After it sputters when you try to start it with full choke and it dies, put choke on 1/2 and try to start it. If this does nothing you probably just need the carburetor cleaned. This is not a hard job, but can be messy and confusing if you are not familiar with them. If you do try to clean the carb, which resembles a cube of steel, dis-assemble 1 side at a time, clean it with carb cleaner, and re-assemble it in the same order that you took it apart. Some very flimsy gaskets and diaphragms in there. Don't spray them, just the ports in the metal parts and the carb itself. Make sure you remember which way the parts are facing when you take it apart.

My xbox keeps on reading open tray when i put a disc can any one help me

Mine had the same problem. On mine the spindle wasn't turning the game. It kept trying to then quit and said "Open Tray". The warranty was out so I took it apart opened the dvd drive and took apart the spindle. The grease in the spindle was black, I guess from all the heat. Cleaned it out and put some high temperature grease on spindle shaft and in the hole. It now spins with ease. There are videos on youtube on how to take apart the xbox and to take apart the dvd drive and spindle. Just pay close attention at how tight the screws the hold the spindle down are.I hope this helps.
