Question about HTC Hero Smartphone
I'm going to guess that you have ZERO problems with the phone. The most likely scenario is that your service provider has blocked your sms servicies either by mistake, accident, etc.. So call them, tell them to test your connections and to review your account and services. Also be sure that you are entering your contact numbers correctly (Area codes are requred in most cases for mms/sms messaging since they are sent the same way that an email is sent. (you can actually email to and from your phone using sms/mms messaging). So call your service provider (The companny you pay for your cellular phone service) and ask them to troubleshoot your issue. Like I said, It's not the phone, and it may not even necessarily be anything you are doing incorrectly, either way, calling them will eliminate the problem.
Please remember to rate me/write a testimonial! Thank you!

Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
