You can download the printer drivers from the Compaq/HP WEB support/download page. Make sure you select your model printer and the XP or Vista Windows version of the drivers you require and install them. Use this link to download the drivers: - www.hp.com/#Support
HP PSC 1210 software wont work with vista. That is the software that comes with the printer containing photo disk ,toolbox etc. HP tells me to get a new printer but its the program that needs attention.
My computer had problems and it was re-formated. But the cd for my printer HP PSC 1210 is lot and I can not re install the software to make it work.
