Hi.

If there is no blockage, then the problem is the water level device.

Water level is sensed by the float switch. Most models use the float sensor only to detect overfill. In that case water level is sensed through the pressure switch located on the drain well.
Replace either one.

My Dishwasher is not draining the water away, & the tap signal light is on?

Hi
Dishwasher not draining issue usually occurs due to kinked drain pipe, clogged drain filter or drain pump. First make sure that the drain is not clogged and remove clogs if present. If no visible lint is present then remove the lower front access panel to check the drain filter and drain pump for any clogs, you'll need to clean the drain filter and drain pump completely. Also, check for any food pieces stuck near the pump impeller & clean the chopper assembly. Please note that dishwashers don't drain out the complete water such that heating element doesn't overheat. Hope this helps... Please post back for any further assistance.

My dishwasher cleans ,but does not drain the watr fully. Please help. Thanks

Hi

Dishwasher not draining issue usually occurs due to kinked drain pipe, clogged drain filter or drain pump. Check the drain hose for any visible clogging, remove if present. If no visible lint is present then remove then turn off the dishwasher and remove the drain hose and check for any visible clogging. If still not visible then the drain filter or drain pump is clogged and you'll need to clean the drain filter and drain pump.

It leaves about an inch of water after finishing, Hoses seem clear but the pump seems stiff to turn when i take out the filter, how can i get to the back of pump to clear it. do i need to turn the...

I WOULDNT TURN IT ON ITS SIDE IF IT HASNT FULLY EMPTIED. I WOULD TRY A DILUTED SOLUTION OF Mr MUSCLE DRAIN UN-BLOCKER. THEN RUN ON A FULL CYCLE STRAIGHT AWAY.

Does not empty waste water

Couple things to look for when water doesn't pump is first check the drain screen and drain hose for any debris. These machines are touchy when it comes to drains. Second, check pump for jammes or clogs, If clear, check power to the pump wires to see if they are getting power in drain mode. If not, then control board could be faulty.

Ran on normal cycle when done 2 inches of water on bottom

Test by restarting the cycle and see if water drains if it does not then there is either a blockege in the pipe ,pump,or in the machine where the water passes out normally through a filter if you have checked and cleaned out filter and drain pipe and there is still no draining then listen to the pump if you can hear a humming niose then there is something in the pump itself and you need to take it out and inspect the impelar houseing remove what ever is there put back and enjoy if there is no noise and pump is clean then it is proberly fualty and nedd replaceing.

Dishwashing machine not fully draining (2 inches of water remain). I have an open problem concerning this problem. I have a new pump. dishwashing machine not fully draining (2 inches of water remain) For...

Following a cycle, a small pool of clean water inside the tub is typical. Excessive water means the pump isn't pumping water out properly, the drain hose isn't carrying it to the drain pipe, or the house's drain lines are backed up. If dirty water spews from the air gap, the drain line is kinked or clogged. Note: If you've recently installed a garbage disposer, be sure the knockout plug for the dishwasher was removed when the connection was made (see your disposer instructions).
