I cannot use the "Scan" function on my LexMark x3470 Printer. I just purchased it from a friend; it had never been used; box sealed. I can copy and print using the printer control panel, but not scan. The "Solutions Center" provides instructions on printing using the software, but instructs me to open the "All in One Center" from the program going through the Start Menu (Programs or All Programs, LexMark 3470, then "All in One Center.") However, there is no all in one center.

Lexmark X3470 All-In-One InkJet Printer is not working tried reinstalling cd software no joy pressing the menu button to scan and pressing start has no effect. will print copies ok
