Question about Panasonic KX-TA308 Phone
I have a Panasonic PBX KXTA616. I am able to dial 1800xxx (or any other external number that starts with 1) from the main phone (ext 1) but not from any other extention.
The main phone is Panasonic phone all others are regular phones.
The things that control restriction (TRS) is class of service and Allow/Deny codes, or it may be in the dialing restrictions of the station.
Your system administrator or manual will have specific instructions on how to program the system as it's beyond the scope of a free and public forum to tell you how it's done. Once you understand it, it's a pretty simple program. In the U.S., we actually screen up to 10 digits, allowing 1800,1888,1877 etc. and denying everything else. We don't have the TA-616, but we do have the TA-624/824. Programming gives you about 20-25 allow and deny tables. If you do score a manual, check out TRS.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

New users get to try the service completely Free afterwhich it costs $6 per call and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
