Question about Microsoft Xbox 360 Console

1 Answer

Guitar Hero wired guitar

When I plug my wired guitar in to the console, it just blinks but does nothing else. It was working a couple minutes before, but now no matter what I do, the console doesn't recognize it! It's like, the guitar itself is getting power, cause it's blinking, but the player 1 light doesn't light up on the guitar or console. Just keeps blinking on and off. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!

Guitar hero does not work, only flashing control panel but not continue to play

Is this a for a Nintiendo Wii? If so you may need to sync your guitar with the Wii. There is a red
button in the front panel on your Wii and the guitar should have a red sync button. Depress the
red button on the Wii first then depress the button on your guitar. after a few seconds the lights
on your guitar should stop blinking and the guitar should be assigned to controller 1 through 4
once this happns the guitar should start working.

If the guitar is wireless you may need to do the same for other consoles. The guitar may need
to sync with the wireless interface that plugs into the console. The same method applies as
above but the sync button should be on the wirless plug for the controller that plugs into the
console.

Guitar hero 3

Is the guitar wireless, if it is check the batteries.

My friend had a problem with his guitar hero 3 game and was forced to take it back.

Before returning it though and again this only applies if the guitar is wirelss. Have you synched it with the console.

The little button just next to the memory card slots needs to be held in for a few seconds and the same needs to be done on the guitars sync button. If you get 4 gree rings of light when you try and turn the guitar on i'm almost certain its the fact that the guitar isn't synchronised with the console.
