Champion juicer model G5-NG-853S stopped working. Do you have a repair facility somewhere in central Florida? Are there any warranties for this juicer?

FIXYA is not a manufacturer or seller of juicers.

You need to search elsewhere for assistance with repair or warranty replacement.

My Champion juicer made noise when I started and then it just quit. It has been making noise for some time.

Most likely it will need an overhaul. If you are a "Do It Yourself'er" then you can order a "kit" from the Champion Juicer folks over the phone or through e-mail. When I called, they said it runs about $65 plus shipping. This "kit" is not available on their web site. You'll have to call or e-mail their support staff - which (by the way), is very friendly! Thanks, Chris I.

How to make orange juice from fresh oranges

Peel 4 medium size oranges and place in the juicer.

Juicing Tip: When juicing oranges (or any kind of citrus fruit) it is a good idea to juice the white membranes at the center of the orange. The majority of the bio-flavonoids in citrus fruits are found in the white membranes. Scrape off some of the white membranes inside the peel and include them in the juice. We don't recommend juicing the whole peel, this will produce a very sour unpleasant juice.

Champion Juicer leaking a lot; from screen holder!

I'm having the same problem, the blank screen just doesn't fit the main body that well (I think the body on mine may have been warped by someone putting it in the dishwasher). Since I'm only going to be using my Champion as a front-end for a hydraulic press, I bought some food-grade silicone sealant (from McMaster-Carr or EMI Supply) and I'm just going to permanently attach the blank screen to the juicer body and slide the screen holder over that. There's a new O-ring for the back where the body attaches to the motor that might be needed as well.

Volts and uf mfb of the champion capacitor

That information should be on the capacitor itself, unless the cap has been damaged so that you can't read them. The voltage rating should be 1.5 to 2 times the line voltage. The value varies with the motor used. If you can't read the value from the current part, please give a full brand and model number for the juicer and I'll see if I can dig up more information.
