My internet light is showing red and i cannot get internet. What do i do?

You can try resetting the modem by unplugging the power for about 10sec if this doesn't reset it call your internet provider for tech support there could be a tech problem or glitch on their end.

The red light that is flashing should be the light showing that your processor is running. It will go on and off intermittently.

Where is the internet light?


i believe all laptops doesnt have internet light

TIPS:
--whenever you plugged the ethernet cable on your laptop ethernet port you'll notice that the computer icon on the lower right side will show that there is no more red x on it and when you point the cursor on it it will show "CONNECTED"

Power light red ,internet light red no other


Most of the time a red internet light means that the box can't find the internet / can't find it ISP / can't get on the DSL what ever.
Might be the modem, might be the power adapter.

TV won't come on - get a blinking red light instead


Most likely the TV has a power supply related problem. The most common thing to go out is the circuit board that supply power to the screen. Commonly called a Backlight Inverter Board.
I can't say it's 100% the problem because I can't actually look at the tv over the internet.
If by chance the TV is still under warranty, go that route.
If not under warranty and If you have some electronic experience, you can purchase a Service Manual over the internet and diagnose the source of the problem and fix it by soldering in the new part. The Service Manual will give you the flashing red light codes, circuit diagrams, test points, and part# lists. Usually, cost under $20.

Internet cutting on and off


If you haven't done a firmware upgrade I think doing so will be of a benefit to your problem! Just remember to backup your router settings beforehand! Hope this helps!

When the red WLAN light is flashing in conjuction with the internet light it just means a wireless computer is connected to the internet through the router
However I had a problem with the internet light flashing red and it required the router to be reconfigured

Zoom X6 internet light constantly red


the internet light, is usually a blinking green, showing that it's seeing the internet signal. The only reason it's red, is cause there's no net signal..double check the phone line going into the back of your router, and change it if you need to.
