You may need to obtain the HP Paper Feed Cleaning Kit from Customer Service by contacting them http://welcome.hp.com/country/us/en/contact_us.html. While your speaking with them you may want to ask about any issue that have came up with your particular model because I have read they have replaced some models that were even out of warranty.
To use:
Click http://h20180.www2.hp.com/apps/Lookup?hlang=en&hcc=us&cc=us&hpage=hpcom&lang=en&hclient=S-A-R163-1&hpagetype=s-001&hquery=2570 and select your exact printer model from the "HP Photosmart 2570 All-in-One Printer series" section.
Click "Solve a problem"

It seems that by what Im reading, this is mostly caused by a dried out roller (especially if they are grey so you also may have some other options:
NOTE: These options may void warranty.
You may try applying a thin layer of vaseline on the rollers that pull paper. You can usually access these rollers from a door at the back of your printer. This should also soften the rubber. I would suggest running a sheet of plain paper through a couple times to clean off any excess.
You can try the Rubber Rejuvenator listed http://www.fixyourownprinter.com/specials/misc/chemicals/S03.
Hope this helps. Please remember to rate this information.
