Hello,

Have you check the outlet you plug it into, if it has power, if it does, try see if there is curreny entering the unit, if current is entering, check the fuse on the unit to ensure the fuse is not blown, if it is replace the fuse.

I would like you to know that, this unit requires regular service from time to time to keep the unit functioning properly, if it has been long you service the device, please service it because this can also cause the problem.

Take care.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

No it cant really be fitted as the evap system uses much larger duct and also in some cases people use a different type of duct that when running a gas heater threw it it tends to melt with the heat. Your best option would be to get new ducting that way you can size it correctly so you dont have air alance issues down the track.

Vulcan climate control gas heater starts uo and does not stay alight after several attempts controls show reset mode have tried switching on and off does not work

Hi,
There is a troubleshooting (problem solver) guide in the manual... you can see it here.....its the last page.

If everything there chacks out then look for the thermocouple. I looked around and did not see one for the Vulcan heater. I would call then directly to find a dealer and a part number fo it.

Control panel lights constantly flashing

You should have a dedicated line that feeds the equipment power look at your main electrical panel or search around your equipment for a pull out disconnect switch or sometimes they will wire it to a light switch. by shutting down the main power and turning it back on it should reset anything.
