Hello, please kindly check that the condenser coils are not built up with dust and if it has this will affect the fridge and freezer section.so all you need to do is to clean it up.and also check that the condenser fan is also working perfectly,if it's not working that will also make the top parts of the fridge and freezer not work.
Check to make sure the evaporator fan in the freezer is working, this fan blows the cold air around. If the fan is not working, possible bad fan motor - check for power to the fan motor and also check the fan switches around the door openings, ( if your fridge has these switches, not all do ). A common problem cropping up in the last several years has been the air damper not opening up and allowing the cold air from the freezer to be blown into the fresh food section ( mostly on side by side refrigerators )

The most common fridge "not cooling" problem is a frost free failure. Remove the access panel in the freezer section to expose the evaporator coils. If the coils in the freezer section get plugged up with frost this frost will block the evaporator fan motor from blowing the cold air around.
wish you good luck,

take care.

Top freezer not freezing

Unplug your fridge and let it sit for about 5 minutes. Also you may turn the temperature dial to "0", then turned back on. The problem may also lay on the actual fan located in the center column that joints the top freezer with the lower part of the fridge. If the fan is not turning you may need to replaced that. Good Luck!

Frigidaire frs26lh5dso freezer works great, fridge side is warm.

make sure door to refrigerator is all the way up, so when it is closed it turns the cooling part on. I have to check mine all the time and screw it up if it's down, which is quite often. Mine is a side by side and I just make sure it's even with the top of refrigerator and even with the freezer door.

The top freezer is working but lower part refrigerator compartment doesn't cool at all even adjusting temperature to Max cooling??? It is like fan doesn;t blow cold air from the freezer

There is a drain that carries water from the freezer to a drain pan in the base of the fridge. It has plugged preventing water from draining and in turn the water has froze blocking the flow of air to the fridge. First you must find the drain line in the rear of the fridge and unplug it as well as thaw the fridge out overnight to allow the water to drain... be patient as there will be a lot of ice to be thawed out, let me know if it works! good luck!

Top freezer works but the lower part of the refrigerator get warm

Check your evaporator fan in freezer, you can here it and feel the air flow into fridge, if you are not getting air into fridge it is either your fan or you may have ice blocking the vent into fridge.

You have a clogged defrost drain tube. best way is to thaw unit out. Your vents are being blocked so no air flow is pushed down.
