Question about Samsung SGH-L700 Cell Phone
By default samsung os used in India as such doesn't support installing java files. You may though do a firmware upgrade (a bit risky) and post to that you would be able to install any java apps i.e. jad and jar files.

You cannot directly install apps on your samsung mobile . its a long procdure so better install them via a gprs connection by browsing to sites like getjar.com
