While you are on Facebook: Click on "Tools" then click on "Compatibility View Settings". Facebook's web site will appear in the "Add this Website" box. Click the "add" button and you will be all set. Facebook will now be viewable with all of its features in IE 8!"

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

I want to delete messages from my chat line on facebook

The chat works like email or IM, so unfortunately once you've sent, there is no way to unsend it. You can try selecting the message thread in Messages and report it, then explain your situation and hope they'll help you.

Hi i have a very big problem. few days ago, i was online on my fb chat, then something crazy happened. my friends started chatting with me, when i didnt know im sending them spammer chats. i didnt knew im...

Hello,

It sounds like your account was hacked or an app you were using was sending spam. This is becoming more common on facebook. Your account most likely was suspended by the facebook support staff. You will need to contact them through the help page on facebook.com to see if you can regain account access.

I cant chat with my online friends, i cant read my messages and notifications, all in my facebook, i uses an HP 10" notebook

Unless you have a pretty current version of Flash available on your HP 10" netbook you probably won't be able to use it for chatting on facebook.

Normally, if you are running say Windows 7 or Windows XP you should be able to upgrade your browser and your flash plug-in to allow you to chat.

Try this URL and see if it gives you enough access to get you closer to your goal:

Is it possible to access my own facebook account without everyone else knowing I'm on it?

No one knows if you're logged in or not unless you post something or if your Facebook Chat is active. You can try disabling your Facebook Chat so no one will know you're online, or you can also make a Friend list, and put it in "Offline Mode" in chat and put people that you don't want to see you online.

To disable Facebook Chat, follow these steps:

1. Click on the small person icon in the Facebook chat tab located in the lower right corner to open the Facebook chat application window.

2. Click on the "Options" tab in the Facebook chat application window.

3. Click on "Go Offline." By clicking "Go Offline" only a couple of things will change: you won't be able to see who is online and they cannot see that you are online. You can stay on Facebook without receiving any more annoying pop up chat messages. The small person icon in the lower right-hand corner will now read "Offline."

4. Once you have clicked the Offline option, you remain offline in future Facebook sessions automatically unless you choose to go back online. You have now successfully turned off Facebook chat.

To create a Friend list refer to this link:

Hope this help. Goodluck!
