You will have to creat that playlist and add the songs to it. please refer to your phone manual or see if you can get that settings from the phones multimedia or anything relating to music settings.
good luck

How do i send song from the computer to the phone.

he Motorola razr v3i supports two kinds of music file formats: MP3 formats with bitrates of 192 Kbps and AAC formats with bitrates of 128 Kbps. Songs with lower bitrates are converted into appropriate bit rate songs before playing on the phone.

  1. The iTunes application should be open on the computer
  2. The phone should be connected to the computer using the USB cable such that the phone icon pops up in the iTunes application in the computer
  3. Select PREFERENCES from the EDIT menu in the application
  4. IN the PREFERENCE window, choose the PHONE option
  5. Before transferring the songs, choose the option which allows for conversion of all higher bitrate songs into bitrates of 192 Kbps
  6. Finally click OK to convert all songs into compatible formats ready for transfer
  7. Now the songs are ready to be transferred from the desktop to the mobile phone
  8. The songs can be transferred on to an external storage device like a memory card
  9. First the card should be installed on the phone
  10. Now the card should be set as the default USB connection on the phone. This can be done by going into the DEFAULT CONNECTION menu of USB settings in the CONNECTIONS menu
  11. The phone should be connected to the computer using the USB cable and the iTunes application should be open on the computer
  12. The application will show the phone icon on the left side of the screen
  13. Now drag and drop an entire playlist or specific songs from the playlist onto the phone. The average transfer time for a song is 45 seconds
  14. After all song transfers are done, the phone can be ejected by selecting the EJECT icon in the application
  15. The phone should be ejected only after the DO NOT DISCONNECT message disappears from the screen of the phone
  16. Now the songs appear in the iTunes digital jukebox on the phone where songs are stored under SONGS menu and playlists under the PLAYLIST menu
  17. Please note that the Bluetooth connection cannot be used to transfer music between the phone and the computer

Hello there,

You have to connect your phone to the computer via a USB cable. It should be detected as a mass storage device. From there you can start dragging music files from your computer to your phone.

On how to use the MP3, there is a shortcut for the music player.

How do you transfer music from macintosh to sony ericsson phones

Download 'Easy Listening' , from any one of the following sites: www.divinerobot.com, prmac.com, www.versiontracker.com. Install the program. Make sure that you have gotten the latest version of Easy Listening. At the divinerobot site, on the support page you'll find a Frequently Asked Questions section that will tell you what particular models of Sony Ericsson phones are compatible. Once installed, you can now attach your Sony Ericsson phone to your MacBook using a USB cable. Besides transferring songs one at a time, Easy Listening can also transfer playlists. But this feature is naturally dependent on whether your phone model is capable of creating playlists. In using this program, you can either copy or synchronize with iTunes. File synchronization or 'syncing' can keep your phone's playlist updated with the one in your MacBook.
There is an alternative procedure to directly attaching your Sony Ericsson phone to your MacBook; handy in situations where you're not carrying both. Memory sticks are standard extensions to your phone's storage capacity. If you happen to have a card reader on your MacBook that can accommodate Memory Sticks, you can temporarily transfer the songs onto this intermediate device and simply carry it over to your phone at a later time.

Cant transfer a playlist to my sony mp3 player

Windows Media Player (WMP) 11 in XP does not create Playlist on my MP3 MTP device. I have a Sony Walkman NWZ-S544 but I think my problem and its solution could also apply to other MP3 players that don't receive Playlists from WMP. And perhaps to Vista and Windows 7?
When I connected my WALKMAN to my PC and used WMP to Sync (transfer) Playlists to it, the songs were correctly Synched but no Playlists were created on my WALKMAN. My problem was that Windows had installed the wrong driver for my WALKMAN. Here is how I diagnosed and fixed the problem.
DIAGNOSIS: When I used WMP to Sync, the picture in WMP's right hand window was a generic MP3 device. It should have looked like my WALKMAN NWZ-S544. When I looked at the device drivers, I couldn't find a driver for my WALKMAN NWZ-S544 under Portable Devices, but instead found a non-MTP Walkman listed as a USB Mass Storage Device. (See Fix explanation for how to look at device drivers.)
Fix: To fix the problem I first uninstalled the incorrect driver and then installed the correct driver. Here's how…
  1. I disconnected all MP3 players and USB devices (Key/thumb/External Hard drives, etc) from my PC.
  2. I opened the Device Manager. Right-click My Computer-Click Properties.-Click Hardware Tab-Click Device Manager. No Portable Devices were showing. Click the + to the left of the Universal Serial Bus Controllers heading and there was one USB Mass Storage Device but it was for an irrelevant memory card reader on my PC that I can't disconnect.
  3. I connected my Walkman. Looking at the Device Manager, I see that one new USB Mass Storage Device is now showing, I right click-Properties and it describes it as a Compatible USB storage device (Walkman). This is my problem. Windows is using an older Walkman driver. My Walkman driver should be for a MTP device.
  4. I again right click the Walkman USB storage device and click Uninstall. I click OK to Confirm Device Removal. The Device Manage no longer shows my Walkman which has now turned itself off.
  5. I disconnect my Walkman and then reconnect it. Windows gives me the message that I have installed new hardware. The Found New Hardware Wizard starts. I click "No, not this time" and then Next. I click "Install from a list or specific location (Advanced)" and then Next. I click "Don't search. I will chose the driver to install." and then Next. I click "Show compatible hardware" and I select "MTP Device" under Model and then Next. Windows then finds the appropriate driver for my Walkman and I'm done.
VERIFICATION: To verify that it is properly installed, look in the Device Manager under Portable Devices (while your Walkman is connected). Click + and you should see:"Walkman NWZ-S544". Or simply look under Name in My Computer and you should see an entry for Walkman NWZ-S544, and an icon that looks like your Walkman. Everything should now work properly.
