Easiest way is to use the disk that came with it. Or you can get any windows disk and boot from the disk then reformat. A windows XP disk will allow you to format the drive without an install if that is what your interested in doing.
You can also get a disk from here: http://www.dban.org/ which will completely wipe all data from your hard drive and make it unrecoverable.
