My speakers on my acer aspire 3100 are not working correctly. When sound comes out it comes out slow and delayed like my system is slowing down or the speakers are busted. Is there any help for this?

The problem is that the Aspire One is extremely slow. it was designed to run a Linux operating system not windows. Microsoft just cut down Win 7 to make it work- It just doesn't work well. The only thing that may speed things up is an upgrade to 2GB of RAM. If you already have this then, you will have to live with it. Sorry.
It sounds to me like you have a faulty keyboard. You need to contact Acer, or the store where the laptop was purchased, and arrange for the laptop to be repaired. This should be covered under warranty, unless the machine has suffered any physical damage, such as a fluid spill.

*Eliminate as many unnecessary programs from startup as possible. *Run a disk cleanup and disk defrag on your system at least twice a month.

Note: By perfroming FSR you will loose all the datas on the computer.
Fan needs to be clean plus your CPU clocking must be check by expert. Power supply is good? did you take a look at it? Under the laptop required Power shows, if your AMP loose or less your laptop will
faintdown. Your battery migth also **** all the power so laptop performans gets down. Your lcd inverter also could be faulty. Bad caps also issue for this, You need OHM meter to test some power issues.
