Question about Televison & Video
All dvd's have a copyright system (DRM) called Region Zone so as you will not be able to view disks from another continent on a player designed for your continent.
To fix your problem you have 2 options:
1 - you rip the disk in your computer and remove the DRM - there are a lot of programs that can do that.
2 - you turn your player region free - one that can play disks from all regions. In you player you can do this: start the player; press Eject; press 9, 9, 9, 9, 0 on the remote; switch it to standby; turn the player back on and it should now be region free.

best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
