Question about Video Game Consoles & Games
Make sure that you have a router first of all, that it is properly configured, and that the system is connected to it either via a ethernet cable or wireless connection. Make sure that the video game system is set up to automatically get its settings (DHCP) from your router. Unfortunately, all I can give is generic advice because you did not provide enough information on your particular situation (i.e: what game system, what type of internet connection, do you have a router, etc).
