Where can i find a printer head belt cheap & someone to install?

Canon never stocked any parts for that model. It is a disposable printer. The only way to find a belt is to buy a used one for parts.

I have no installer pixma145 how can i download it in free???

Canon is not offering a software/driver download for the Pixma 145 specifically. As it is part of the 140 series, this driver will work. Select your operating system from the dropdown and you will be able to download it free...

Error 5

when you buy a new printer you have to remove all the pieces of card and other stuff that stops moving parts being damaged, if you havent removed these before turning it on you may have damaged the printer, turn it off, remove all the packaging that could be causing a block and switch it back on again.
