It is a common problem with them.Every couple days,remove the battery for a few min.and let the phone reset itself.You also should shut the phone off a couple nites a week.And remember not to over charge it.It is never a good idea to leave them on the charger for more than a few hours at a time.I was having the same problem with mine,And now it seems to be fine
